We are located in world famous Cocoa Beach, Florida on the Atlantic Ocean just south of Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. Whether you’re sitting by the pool or enjoying the sparkling sand and warm waters of Florida’s unspoiled Atlantic Ocean, our Cocoa Beach Resort offers countless ways to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation.

The vacation condos are easily accessible to golf courses, shopping, nature tours, kayaking, parasailing, fishing charters, airboat rides and much more. We are only a short drive from Orlando where you can visit Disneyworld, Epcot, SeaWorld, Islands of Adventure, or any of the many other famous theme parks and attractions and return to your condo on the beach in the same day. You can also easily shuttle to Orlando or Melbourne International airports. The resort features sandy secluded beaches, 2 pools, hot tub, spa, 4 Tennis Courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s playground, arcade, lounge, restaurant and private Banquet Room/conference center.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
