The Westgate Vacation Villas resort offers daily activities for children and adults. Swim in one of the 14 swimming pools or relax in the hot tub. Head to the lake for fishing or boating. Try the spectacular 18-hole miniature golf course, the fitness center, lighted basketball and tennis courts, volleyball courts, and the movie center and game room. Or, choose from a range of on site dining options to suit any appetite, including a number of room delivery options.

With 776 square feet of space and room for up to 6 guests, the Two-Bedroom Villa (Suite) at Westgate Vacation Villas Resort & Spa is ideal for families seeking a home away from home in Kissimmee just minutes from world-famous theme parks and attractions. Bright and comfortable, the Orlando area vacation villas & suites provide the perfect accommodations for both the leisure and business traveler. It is 3.8 miles to Disney World and 14.8 miles to Universal Studios.

To make arrangements, Owners and external exchange Guests should contact the resort directly. The resort is pet-friendly but fees and restrictions apply.

The amenities fee of $59 per unit per week, which is not mandatory covers the use of WiFi, Bicycle , Paddle Boats, Gym and the 18 hole miniature Golf course.

If you do not take the amenities package, then the WiFi fee is as follows:

1 night (5 devices)  $9.99
4 nights  (5 devices)  $24.99
7 nights  (5 devices)  $39.99

There is optional: $25 fee per person per day fee for the Waterpark. Children under 3 are free.

*Some buildings have more than one floor -there are no elevators.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
