Bright and comfortable, the Orlando area vacation villas & suites provide the perfect accommodations for both the leisure and business traveler. It is 3.8 miles to Disney World and 14.8 miles to Universal Studios.

If you are traveling with children, we are happy to provide you with cribs and high chairs upon request. These items are limited in supply and therefore not guaranteed. Charges may apply. To make arrangements, Owners and external exchange Guests should contact the resort directly. The resort is pet-friendly but fees and restrictions apply.

The amenities fee of $59 per unit per week, which is not mandatory covers the use of WiFi, Bicycle , Paddle Boats, Gym and the 18 hole miniature Golf course.

If you do not take the amenities package, then the WiFi fee is as follows:

1 night (5 devices)  $9.99
4 nights  (5 devices)  $24.99
7 nights  (5 devices)  $39.99

There is optional: $25 fee per person per day fee for the Waterpark. Children under 3 are free.

*Some buildings have more than one floor -there are no elevators.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
